As the Maintenance Manager you will oversee over 600 units and will be responsible for preserving the assets. You will direct and perform (as needed) the day-to-day operations and supervision of the Maintenance team. This will include distribution of work, training and development, performance management, employee morale and performing daily maintenance. You will monitor and manage all maintenance expenses, implement and monitor safety program and practices, plan, perform and monitor preventative maintenance and manage execution of capital projects.

Required Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years apartment maintenance experience and at least 2-3 year in a supervisory experience
• Experience working at B/C class properties
• Project management, construction experience a plus
• Computer skills – highly preferred
• Knowledgeable and skilled in the safe use and maintenance of hand tools, power tools, mechanical equipment and measuring devices
• Valid driver’s license, automobile insurance coverage and access to a personal vehicle
• Able to meet all physical requirements with or without a reasonable accommodation
• Able to read, write and communicate fluently in English

The compensation range for this position is $30-38/hr plus a bonus opportunity! The base pay offered may be higher or lower depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience of the candidate.
